Today group study is not too efficient.....it is even worse than the 1st time.....

the problem is some din responsible in tis stdy group...altot thy hv others thgs nd to complete o nt enuff time to prepare the subject tat nd to revise on tat time,bt at least nd to read through those sub. roughly so tat at tat time whn someone is teaching thy wll learn more deeply & understand more efficiently.....tis is wat i wana say.....thx...hope nxt time wll b better!!!!!heheheehe....
1。 事前准备好
2。 早上9。30 开始。。。 一定要早到
3。 不够时间复习？？也对啦。。。一堆功课。。酱我们是前讨论是不是先要想办法，而不是到时才。。。
4。 温习期间，有人累了、不专心、讲话，立即休息5到10分钟（我会这样提议是因为一方酱的话，会影响其他人。。。然后有精神看到没精神的这样，又要花力气去一直拉大家会正题。。。我们要从早到下午已经很够力了，还要一直讲|“回来回来”“考试没有处”“等下才讲啦”。。。到最后，大家看到自己今天学会的东西有多少，再看考试时间。。。 在考试前几个礼拜才说很慢，之类的。。。到时你要专心的了解东西有难度，只能知道片面的，问题转移转，又不大了解，最后结果，可想而知。。。 你也可以说：“我最后那个冲力达到的效果也不错”。。。自己决定啦。。。
因为大家的target讲到时间多么有限，我就是想着怎样最有效去一起进步啦。。。只有两次，但大家不合作，弄到有心的，会有的结果，大家可以看到的。。。
你们可能讲我很认真，很恐怖，放轻松。。。我也怕你们说我太急进。。。慢慢来，吸收不到酱多，大家来到需要事件再读。。。 我绝对可以轻松，而且我真的开始放松。。。大家慢慢。。。 讨论的时候跟大家聊点别的，我也很喜欢啊。。。 轻松，没问题。。。 轻松有轻松法的。。。我绝对迎合大家。。。
不懂有没有得罪人。。。 每个人都有压力，都像进步。。。 每个人有自己的难题。。。需要去了解和解决。。。埋怨？？？负面情绪？？？没用的啦。。。
